Palestinian Student Initiative
Since the start of the 2023 invasion of Gaza, all 12 institutions of higher education have been destroyed while thousands upon thousands of students have been killed, injured, displaced, and made unable to continue their education. Amidst the horrors of war, the Consortium and its partners are committed to finding scholarships and placements at universities so that Palestinian students can evacuate to safety and continue their education.
We need your help. Even with full-tuition scholarships, the average cost of student health insurance, school supplies, and living expenses can add up to more than $30,000. Please consider donating to the New University in Exile Consortium’s Palestinian Student Initiative below:
Click the “Palestinian Student Initiative” designation on our donation website to contribute to the fund. All donations will go directly to cover the living expenses of Palestinian students hosted by Consortium member institutions.
