Fazlullah Akhtar, Ph.D.

Biography

Dr.-Ing. Fazlullah Akhtar is a Senior Researcher at the Center for Development Research (ZEF) at the University of Bonn, Germany. He has worked with various national and international organizations, both within and outside Afghanistan, including the Ministry of Higher Education, the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, UNFAO, and the Office of the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. Currently, he works as a Senior Researcher at the Center for Development Research (ZEF), University of Bonn (Germany). Dr. Akhtar holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Engineering and water management, respectively, from the University of Bonn.
